Payment, Pricing & Promotions

1. Statutory Signs online accepts credit card and PayPal payments online. The checkout system works through the secure and trusted PayPal system where you may use your credit card (Master Card, Visa) or existing PayPal account to make a payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment.
2. All orders require a full payment upon placing an order.
3. In the event of non-payments that lead to dispute and/or litigation, the Client agrees to pay all legal and collection fees incurred by Statutory Signs online Design.

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site and all dealings with Statutory Signs online . By accessing or using this Site or via email or by phone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order or our offer to sell. Statutory Signs online reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment or relative trading account. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Returns and refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned.

Order Cancellation

Once the order goes into processing stage, then that order will not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances .  The amount paid will not be refunded once the order is processed.

Exchanges Policy

Statutory Signs online reserves the right to cancel your order if we are unable to process payment on the credit card provided or you provide unauthorised payment details; if the personal details you provide are invalid; or if, when required you are not able to provide satisfactory proof of identity. In addition, Statutory Signs online reserves the right to cancel your order if the product has become unavailable or if, for any reason, we believe we cannot successfully complete delivery. In all instances one of our Customer Service Team will communicate any issues other than the ones listed that may impact on successful processing of any orders, including notification of cancellation of any orders.

Account Suspension and Termination

Statutory Signs online reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice to you, if you breach these Terms and Conditions. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to access the Website (www.satutorysigns.online).
In the event of Account Suspension or Termination and you are waiting delivery of products, Statutory Signs online reserves the right to cancel your order. A refund may be issued to the credit card provided during the purchase process if successful payment had been made on the order.

Promotions

Statutory Signs online may use promotional coupon codes for products on its site. If you have a promotional coupon code, that code can be used by someone other than you and you can assign your rights to use that code. The value and expiry is specified on the coupon code.

Coupon codes CANNOT be used in conjunction with other promotional vouchers, used on sale items or redeemed for cash. Individual brands may be excluded from coupon code promotions and is at the discretion of Digicraft Design.

Our Customer Service Team are able to assist with all terms and conditions associated with the use of coupon codes. All terms and conditions particular to any promotion or coupon codes will be detailed with each respective promotion and on each occasion.

Disputes

Customer satisfaction is important to us and we welcome all feedback. If you have a complaint please let us know via print@digicraft.net.au. We will address your concerns as soon as reasonably possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. In some cases, the manufacturer or other third party may be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint. Statutory Signs online aims to resolve any issues as quickly as is practical and to the satisfaction of all parties.
